Rangers ‘head coach’ Mwiinde on his own

MATHEWS KABAMBA, Kitwe
FOLLOWING pressure from supporters and other members of the technical bench, Nchanga Rangers have back-tracked on their intentions to employ former under–23 coach Dean Mwiinde as head coach.Super Division side Rangers fired Evans Sakala in May and replaced him with Mwiinde, but the latter has not been able to take charge of the teams as he has faced opposition from the coaches who were supposed to be assistants and some fans.
After the club parted ways with Hector Chilombo earlier this month, it was thought that it would be an ideal time to install Mwiinde but the resistance has continued.
Last week, some supporters barred the club executive from introducing Mwiinde as coach.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
