Rampant abuse of alcohol by youths in Chelston

Dear editor,
I WOULD like to thank the Daily Mail for the good job it is doing. Please, keep it up.
There is rampant abuse of alcohol by youths in Chelston, Lusaka, near some clubs, a hotel and an unfinished building.
They smoke marijuana and other drugs, and abuse junta (cane spirits in small bottles).
These youths have been smoking marijuana publicly without fear around these places for a long time, which is affecting our health.
Some of these youths are found at tyre mending points, and two taxi drivers seem to be the main suppliers of the substances they have been abusing.
Please, let the Drug Enforcement Commission and the police visit the area to curb these activities.
CONCERNED RESIDENT
Lusaka
