PZC, UBA tutor SMEs in financial skills

PROUDLY Zambian Campaign (PZC) has partnered with United Bank for Africa (UBA) Zambia to equip 60 small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with financial skills.
PZC coordinator Lewis Chimfwembe said the gesture will help SMEs produce quality products which should compete on local and international markets.
“The bank will also assist SMEs access the entrepreneurship mentorship US$5,000 grants under the Tony Elumelu Foundation to boost their capital,” Mr Chimfwembe said in an interview on Wednesday.
He said SMEs need financial support to expand their businesses in various sectors of the economy.
