NATIONAL Road Fund Agency (NRFA) is expected to continue pursuing the public-public investment financing model for road maintenance since it is cheaper to access funds from public pension funds.
The NRFA is considering undertaking the financing model it signed with the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) for the rehabilitation of the Kitwe-Chingola-Solwezi road works to other parts of the country.
