Promote tourism in Mbala – hotels association

GOVERNMENT has been urged to partner with the private sector to market the untapped tourism potential in Mbala ahead of the commemoration of 100 years of the end of the First World War y in November this year.
And Northern Province Minister Brian Mundubile says delegates from 19 countries, including, Germany and the United Kingdom, are expected to attend the event to be held alongside the inaugural provincial expo.
Hotel and Catering Association of Zambia member Geoffrey Chella, who is also the proprietor of Lake Chila and Great Kalambo Falls Lodges, said the Northern tourism circuit has enormous potential to contribute to economic growth.
