Speaking when he officiated at the Kulamba Kubwalo traditional ceremony here on Saturday, President Lungu said in a speech read for him by Central Province Minister Sydney Mushanga that he is aware that Chisamba, Chibombo, Ngabwe and Kapiri Mposhi districts are agriculture regions.READ MORE
