Letter to the Editor

Prayer no substitute for hard work

Dear editor,
I ABSOLUTELY agree with the Zambia Daily Mail editorials editor Emelda Musonda on an article of November 18, 2017.

The article talked about prayer being no replacement for hard work.
As a teacher of 21 years, I have seen boys and girls who miss school lessons in preference to miracle prayers.
When it comes to tests and examinations they don’t do well.
God has to see you put more sweat and then a miracle will come.
If anyone doesn’t want to work, they shouldn’t eat, says the Bible in 2 Thessalonians 3:10.
