Power off to Livingstone

MULWANDA LUPIYA, Kitwe
POWER Dynamos yesterday left for Livingstone for a week-long training camp aimed at team building and cohesion.
Club secretary Ricky Mamfunda said in Kitwe that Power are leaving nothing to chance ahead of the 2015 season.
The Kitwe giants are the country’s envoys in the 2015 Confederation Cup while Zesco United will compete in the CAF Champions League.
Power will be away to Al Khartoum of Sudan in the preliminary round on February 14.
“The team will depart on January 7 [yesterday] to Livingstone. Basically, the trip is for team building and cohesion. They will be out there for seven days,” Mamfunda said.
Meanwhile, Power coach Tenant Chilumba carried 30 players to Livingstone.
All the 23 players registered for the Confederation Cup have made the trip.
Midfielders Larry Bwalya and Kelvin Mubanga, striker Felix Sunzu and defender Gift Sakuwaha are among the new players that are in the travelling party.
Power are expected to set up camp in Pretoria, South Africa, this monthend.
