ALLOW me space to air my views about the operations of Ndola Central Hospital.
There is a tendency of leaving patients unattended to for a long time.
One goes to the hospital as early as 06:00 hours with the view to going back in good time, but alas, they start attending to people around 10:00 hours.
Honestly, we thought this kind of attitude went with the last government.
Is it lack of manpower or just the ‘I don’t care attitude’?
Something must be done to correct the situation.
