Poor mobile service delivery irks ZICTA

ZAMBIA Information and Communications  Technology Authority (ZICTA) has bemoaned continued poor service delivery by the country’s three mobile service providers despite constant warnings.
ZICTA consumer protection officer Edgar Mulauzi said his institution wrote to Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited (Zamtel), Airtel Zambia and MTN Zambia last month on how to improve the quality of their services.
“We will soon release a report to inform the nation after we finalise our discussions with them and analyse the reports we have compiled,” he said.
