Poor customer care by ZAMTEL, MTN

Dear editor,
KINDLY allow me to express my disappointment at the customer care services we are subjected to as clients by

ZAMTEL and MTN.
Every time one tries to dial the customer care line 111, they do not pick up the calls and always claim that all their agents are busy.
In most instances, they will keep you on hold even for two hours while they play music in the background.
These two mobile service providers should learn from Airtel, whose customer care line is very reliable.
