THE upgrading of Kasama-Mporokoso road from gravel to tarmac has brought joy to the people of that area, especially residents of Mporokoso, who are the main beneficiaries of the new development.
However, the construction of wide bridges to replace the narrow ones at Luombe and Lukupa rivers is not yet done.
On behalf of the concerned road users and indeed on my own behalf, I am appealing to the Road Development Agency to consider construction of the pending bridges in Mporokoso to enhance quick and smooth movement of vehicles.
