CHRISTMAS is finally here and the cinema is bursting with entertainment to suit all ages and genres.
But more specifically, your family and friends can enjoy the classic comic strip characters come to life on the big screen and in 3D – Peanuts the Movie.
Charles M Schulz characters including Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Woodstock, Lucy, Sally, Patty, Schroeder, Linus come to life in an entertaining way.
Charlie Brown’s musings and worries are an excellent reflection of the everyday things that people worry about, his looks, performance at school, apparent bad luck – the list goes on and on.
Apart from his friends, there is the trusty Snoopy Dog and his bird friend Woodstock, to give Charlie a reality check and push him in the right direction.
It’s a big story told by little people and everyone will enjoy.
The children can also enjoy The Little Prince – a magical cartoon based on a 1943 novel. The story is told in two parts in a very unique way. The film contains an original storyline with a little girl, she is literally named ‘The Little Girl,’ whose mother has her entire life planned out so that she is properly prepared to be an adult. However, her neighbour, The Aviator, begins to tell her the story of The Little Prince, a little boy who lives alone on an asteroid and the people that he meets on his way to ending up on earth.

If, however, it is action you seek, Freshview Levy has two Bollywood movies on its line-up in the names of Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani.
Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale has all the necessary makings of a super hit blockbuster – telling an action packed love story between Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Kriti Sanon and Varun Dhawan. While Bajirao features Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, it narrates the story of the Maratha warrior Peshwa Bajirao I of the Maratha Empire and his second wife, Mastani.
Enjoy and compliments of the season.
