SELECTIVE amnesia by a Lusaka man in the Chawama local court did not spare him from being slapped with a K200 fine.
Benjamin Mwale, 34, of Chawama township was before senior court magistrates Sarah Nyendwa and Mubukwanu Matakala in a matter in which he was sued by his workmate, Gabriel Phiri, 27, of the same township for non-payment of K200, money he paid to settle his Nakonde rice debt.
