Parley sparkles to life

PRESIDENT Lungu yesterday officially opened the First Session of the 12th National Assembly in typically the usual manner the nation has known since attaining independence from Great Britain – the Westminster fashion.
It meant, as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the second Battalion of the Zambia Regiment and the salute troop of the Zambia Artillery taking positions at Parliament Buildings.
As a small deviation, traditional dance groups from Green Buffaloes, Green Labels, the ruling Patriotic Front (PF) and the Dance Factory among others also take up positions on the grounds.READ MORE
