Pamela ‘abductors’ trial finally starts Monday

CHOMBA MUSIKA, Lusaka

THE two men accused of abducting and sexually abusing 13 young women in Lusaka will finally take plea when trial starts on Monday next week. Lusaka High Court judge Charles Kafunda declared that James Bwalya, one of the accused who has been nursing a spinal injury, is now fit to stand trial. At the last sitting on May 8, Bwalya, 23, was placed on bed rest to recuperate from his spinal injury in readiness for trial as recommended by a doctor.
