Oil dealer awaits licences

AN OIL marketing company (OMC) says Government should speed up the process of allowing the private sector to start the buying of crude and finished oil products to give relief to the treasury.
In the 2017 national budget, Government proposed a new policy direction of surrendering the procurement of finished petroleum products to the private sector.
