PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu says the Patriotic Front (PF) has other capable leaders to take over from him and successfully lead the ruling party in elections should the Constitutional Court rule that he is ineligible to contest the presidency in 2021.

“I have to make this very clear,” he said, “if things come out that I cannot stand, somebody in PF will stand. If I die, the Vice-President [Inonge Wina] will lead the party until 2021.
“In the case that she also dies, Cabinet will meet to choose somebody to stand,” he said.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
