Nkana, Buffaloes chase Champions League slot

SECOND-PLACED Nkana will qualify for the CAF Champions League for the first time since 2014 if they avoid defeat to Lusaka Dynamos in today’s Super Division Week 38 match at Nkoloma Stadium.
Having represented the country in the Confederation Cup last season, the Kitwe giants will be hoping to join Zesco United in Africa’s premier club competition.
Nkana have 73 points, two better than Buffaloes. Champions Zesco have 80 points.
In the Central Province capital, Buffaloes have a seemingly easy encounter against relegated Kabwe Youth Soccer Academy (KYSA) while Green Eagles’ chase for a maiden continental berth faces a Zesco test at Independence Stadium in Choma.
