NGO praises First Lady over children’s hospital

STEVEN MVULA, Lusaka
JUBILEE Coalition Zambia executive director Annie Chungu says the clinching of a deal for a children’s hospital by First Lady Esther Lungu is a demonstration of the value she has placed on the Zambian child.

Ms Chungu said in an interview on Sunday that the move by Mrs Lungu is an indication that she is “walking the talk”.

“The First Lady has been seeing the challenges children go through and so she has decided to translate that into action. This is indeed commendable,” Ms Chungu said.
