THE Constitutional Court has dismissed an ex parte application by former Director of Public Prosecutions Mutembo Nchito to stay the decision of President-Elect Edgar Lungu to relieve him of his duties.
In the application, Mr Nchito was challenging the decision of President Lungu to relieve him of his duties as DPP.
