FOUR prominent opposition political party leaders led by Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) president Edith Nawakwi have accused United Party for National Development (UPND) president Hakainde Hichilema of scheming to use the national dialogue to get into State House.
Ms Nawakwi also alleged that the UPND is not interested in expediting the electoral reforms because the opposition party wants to use the “Mapatizya Formula” in the 2021 general elections
