THE National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) has really improved its efficiency levels.
Last Thursday, I filed for my National Provident Fund (NPF) claim, having contributed to the fore-runner of NAPSA from the early 1990s up to the year 2000.
As soon as I had lodged by claim, I received a short messaging system (SMS) alert in which NAPSA acknowledged receiving my submission.
On Tuesday, I received another SMS alert from NAPSA stating that they were now processing my ZNPF claim on my social security number.
NAPSA is truly utilising information and communications technology.
Added to the efficiency are the friendly staff, who make a client’s stay while being attended to feel very comfortable.
Keep it up NAPSA director general Yollard Kachinda and your entire staff.
