NAPSA, AVIC ink Lungu mall deal

THE National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) has signed a K704 million contract with AVIC International Engineering for the construction of the second phase of Edgar Chagwa Lungu shopping mall in Kitwe on the Copperbelt.
During construction, the project is expected to create 1,000 jobs while 500 permanent jobs will be created when the project is completed over a period of 18 months.
NAPSA director-general Yollard Kachinda said during the signing ceremony in Lusaka yesterday that the awarding of the contract to AVIC International Holdings Corporation follows the successful execution of the first phase of the contract and subsequent due tender process.READ MORE
