SOLICITOR-GENERAL Abraham Mwansa has opposed the summoning of judges Mathew Zulu and Charles Zulu and former Chief Justice Aniel Silungwe to testify in a case in which Mutembo Nchito is challenging his dismissal.

In this case, Mr Nchito is challenging President Edgar Lungu’s decision to relieve him of his duties as Director of Public Prosecutions.
Mr Mwansa contends that Mr Justice Silungwe was chairperson of the tribunal which was set up to investigate Mr Nchito’s alleged professional misconduct.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
