Muwowo faces South African in WBC international bout

THE World Boxing Council (WBC) has given Africa Boxing Union (ABU) flyweight champion Alfred Muwowo a shot at the WBC international belt and will face South Africa’s Jackson Chauke.
Oriental Quarries Boxing Promotion () QBP) operations manager Christopher Malunga said in Lusaka yesterday that this is an opportunity for Muwowo to prove himself.
Malunga said the winner of the WBC international bout will become the mandatory challenger for the WBC silver flyweight title.
