PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has made changes to Cabinet with Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry Margaret Mwanakatwe elevated to the position of Minister of Finance.

He has terminated the appointment of Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection Lloyd Kaziya and brought in Patriotic Front Parliamentary Chief Whip Richard Musukwa as Minister of Mines and Minerals Development.
Mrs Mwanakatwe takes over from Felix Mutati, who is now Minister of Works and Supply.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
