MINISTER of Technology and Science Felix Mutati has urged young couples to take marriage seriously because that is where the stability of the nation begins. Mr Mutati said governance is shaken and development is slowed down when marriages are not stable. He said society is founded on the concept of marriage as a building block and the aggregate of society is what makes a nation. “Harmony at home, in marriage is what drives economic development,” Mr Mutati said on Saturday during the wedding of Kangwa Banda and Tidziba Shuko. Kangwa is the son of Sylvia Banda, the proprietor of Sylva Catering Services.
