MTN should be honest

Dear editor,
MTN should be honest with its customers. On October 30, 2018, I recharged my phone with K5. On October 31, I activated K1, saving K4.
From the K1 activation I was given 10 minutes.
I only made one call which lasted less than 10 minutes but when I checked my remaining balance, K4 had also been used up.
This looks like a small amount but if MTN does this to all its clients and every time they recharge, then it is a lot of money.
MTN should be sincere and understand that no money is too little, especially that it’s being taken away from the poor.
