I AM very much disappointed with Zamtel and MTN for the poor services concerning the 2017 grades Seven and Nine examinations results.
On December 26, 2017 I sent a text on my 096 line to check Grade Nine results for my niece. To my dismay, no response came through. I also tried Zamtel, we were using my friend’s line but to no avail. We lost a total of K12.36 on the failed transactions by MTN and Zamtel. We therefore demand a refund with immediate effect. Efforts to call the customer line 111 proved futile as usual.
ZICTA must come down hard on the companies for the shoddy services. How many people faced such situations and how much was lost?
