THE Mongu High Court has found United Party for National Development (UPND) Kalabo Central member of Parliament (MP) Chinga Miyutu’s son Wamulume with a case to answer for allegedly murdering an immigration officer.
Wamulume Miyutu, 24, a student at the Catholic University in Kalulushi, is jointly charged with Akamandisa Nyambe, 23, for allegedly murdering Amis Siame, 23.
In her ruling delivered on Tuesday, High Court judge Judy Mulongoti said the evidence adduced by the prosecution had established a prima facie case against Miyutu and Nyambe.
It is alleged that between December 14, 2015 and December 16, 2015, Miyutu and Nyambe murdered Mr Siame in Kalabo. ZANIS
