SOUTH Africa’s Rourke van der Spuy yesterday fired the finest five-under 67 to spring to the top and hold a two-shot lead as the field was sieved to 60 on the second day of the Mopani/Redpath Zambia Open Golf Championship.
Seventeen Zambians, including Madalitso Muthiya could not negotiate their way beyond the second round letting Dayne Moore be the only local who will endure the 54-hole competition ending tomorrow.
Last year’s winner Riekus Nortje is also out.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
