Ministries double up to stop vehicles abuse

MINISTRIES of Works and Supply and Transport and Communications have signed a memorandum of understanding to roll out the national enforcement of control of government vehicles.
And Government has saved K400 million since the launch of the control of government transport in April.
The operation, called joint traffic enforcement, will enable controller of government transport and Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) to increase their presence on all roads across the country.
Speaking during the launch in Kabwe yesterday, Minister of Works and Supply Felix Mutati said the launch of the MoU is a milestone achievement towards elimination of abuse of government vehicles.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
