CHIEF government spokesperson Kampamba Mulenga says ministers who continued to occupy their offices after the dissolution of Parliament last year will respect the ruling of the Constitutional Court and pay back to the treasury the money they earned.
Ms Mulenga said in an interview yesterday that Government respects decisions of the courts and the affected ministers will abide by the court’s ruling.
“We are aware of social media speculations that this government does not respect the judiciary. To the contrary, we are a government that respects decisions of the courts and so there are no two ways about paying back what is owed to the State,” she said.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
