Mineral export online application launched

ZAMBIA’S diversified economic growth must go beyond copper dependence.

GOVERNMENT has rolled out the online application for mineral export permits to promote transparency and efficiency in the mineral value chain.
The online Export Permit application system has now been interfaced with the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA)’s Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA ) world, thereby providing a fully integrated paperless transaction process from an online export permit application (at the mines) up to export of the mineral and exit at the border.
