I AM a resident of Ndeke Meanwood near the international airport and wish to request the Millennium Challenge Account to connect meter boxes in those residential homes who have paid a sum of K1,000 to Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company and ensure that water starts flowing in Ndeke and Vorna Valley.
The reason the American people to help bring water to Ndeke, Vorna Kwamwena, is to alleviate the suffering of the Zambian people as per the American motto.
It is absurd to delay this process as the intention has become irrelevant to the residents.
It should be noted that LWSC is losing revenue because no funds are being charged as at now.
We urge the Millennium Challenge Account to speed up connecting water to Ndeke and Vorna Valley before the end of December 2017.
