WANDERERS 2 NAKONDE 1
MUFULIRA Wanderers used their experience over Real Nakonde to set a date with Power Dynamos in the quarterfinals of the 2018 Barclays Cup.
Despite conceding in the fourth minute, the legendary side showed their prowess to qualify to the quarterfinals of the only Cup competition in Zambia.
Nakonde made their intentions known through Chipolopolo midfielder Rainford Kalaba’s younger brother Paul, who connected Gift Hamweene’s aerial pass as early as the fourth minute.
Their celebrations did not, however, last long as Wanderers equalized three minutes later through Frederick Mulenga, who made no mistake with Benjamin Mukandauko’s pass from the left flank.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
