DETHRONED Chief Chiyengele of the Mbunda people in Limulunga will not surrender the instruments of power to the newly-installed traditional leader.
Josia Nyumbu says this is because Litunga Lubosi Imwiko II of the Lozi allegedly has no authority to remove him from the throne.
And the Mbunda Royal Council has threatened to start contempt proceedings against the Litunga if he does not withdraw the installation of Nyumbu Kashengula as Chief Chiyengele.
