Mayuka on target as Zamalek lose

ZAMBIA striker Emmanuel Mayuka on Thursday scored for Zamalek in the 3-1 defeat to El-Entag El-Harby in an Egyptian Premier League match.
The goal was Mayuka’s second this season while it was a bad start for Alex McLeish, who was appointed Zamalek coach two weeks ago.
Mayuka is not among 34 players national team coach George Lwandamina has named to face Congo- Brazzaville in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches.
Mayuka levelled for the White Knights on 26 minutes at Petrosport Stadium after Entag had taken the lead through striker Salah Amin.
Mayuka headed in defender Mohamed Adel’s cross from the left wing.
The hosts then doubled the advantage on 71 minutes through Amin and Mahmoud Fathallah completed the rout from a penalty in the 84th minute.
Mayuka’s effort hit the woodwork in the second half while Entag had defender Loay Wael sent off in the first half.
Zamalek have 38 points, six behind leaders Al Ahly.
