THE Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE) has relaxed regulations to allow more brokers on board as a way to capture more people thus broadening the capital market base.
Currently, the local bourse has seven brokers who are only based in Lusaka.
LuSE head of business development Phil Daka said the local bourse has opened broker rights for those who deal in equity, bonds and those who sponsor companies to participate in the local bourse.
In an interview last week, Mr Daka said LuSE is broadening the broker base to reach out to people in other areas apart from Lusaka.
