Lusaka Boys pupils get Mahogany Air sponsorship

NKOLE MULAMBIA, Lusaka
AS PART of the youth empowerment programme, Mahogany Air will this year sponsor 10 vulnerable Grade 12 pupils at Lusaka Boys Secondary School.
Marketing and sales executive Dalitso Zulu said the airline is targeting pupils who have difficulties in paying school fees as a result of coronavirus.
Mr Zulu said this yesterday during a motivational talk on the importance of the aviation industry to the economy.
“We pledge to sponsor 10 vulnerable students this year as a way of working together. We will cater for school fees and ensure that they complete their Grade 12 education,” he said.
Mr Zulu said the airline has realised that some parents were severely affected by COVID-19.
