IN AN effort to address transport challenges faced by traditional leaders, President Lungu has donated 140 bicycles to 140 headmen in Mwense district.
The bicycles worth over K100 million are meant to help the headmen carry out their work.
Mwense member of Parliament (MP) David Mabumba, who delivered the bicycles on behalf of President Lungu, said the head of State is aware of the many challenges the traditional leadership is faced with, among them transport challenges.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm
