Lungu arrives, set for China talks

PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu arrived here yesterday to join other leaders attending the 2018 Forum on China-Africa Co-operation (FOCAC) summit.
The head of State arrived at Beijing Capital International Airport at 14:53 hours (08:53 hours Zambian time).
He was received by Zambia’s Ambassador to China Winnie Chibesakunda, Chinese People’s Political Party Council Consultative Conference deputy secretary general Zong Peng, senior embassy staff and other Government officials.
President Lungu was accompanied by Minister of Presidential Affairs Freedom Sikazwe, his special assistant for press and public relations Amos Chanda and political affairs advisor Kaizar Zulu.
