LUMEZI United Party for National Development (UPND) parliamentary candidate Alex Phiri says he will lobby for the construction of more dams and boreholes to alleviate the water crisis being experienced in the constituency if elected into office next week.
Mr Phiri said it is unfortunate that Lumezi constituency has for a long time experienced human-animal conflict because of inadequate water sources such as dams and boreholes.
