MINISTER of Justice Given Lubinda was yesterday assaulted by unknown people as he was touring Kabwata market.
Police spokesperson Esther Katongo said in a statement that Mr Lubinda, who is Kabwata Member of Parliament, reported the incident to Kabwata Police Station.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
