CHIPOLOPOLO coach Wedson Nyirenda has recalled Armenia-based midfielder Lubambo Musonda for Saturday’s 2019 Africa

Cup of Nations qualifier against Mozambique as striker Winston Kalengo will miss the match.
And skipper Rainford Kalaba and seven other foreign-based players have joined the Chipolopolo ahead of the Group K clash billed for Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
Lubambo’s last appearance for Zambia was against Congo-Brazzaville during the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Brazzaville.
Nyirenda has also summoned midfielders Roderick Kabwe of Ajax Cape Town and Salulani Phiri of Polokwane City.
Chipolopolo team manager Chris Chibuye said in Ndola yesterday that Nyirenda has assembled a formidable squad that will overcome Mozambique.
And Kalaba of Democratic Republic of Congo giants TP Mazembe was among the players that took part in the morning training session at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium annex pitch.
Others were strikers Collins Mbesuma (Highland Park) and Given Singuluma (Mazembe), defender Stoppila Sunzu (Arsenal Tula) and midfielder Chisamba Lungu of Russian side Ural.
The rest are the South African contingent of Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper Kennedy Mweene, Kabwe and Salulani.
Lubambo of Gandzar Kapan in Armenia also trained alongside players from Zesco United and Zanaco who missed the barren draw with Gabon on Sunday.
Nyirenda said in an interview after the morning training session that Kalengo has been ruled out due to personal issues.
“Kalengo is not coming, he has some problems there [Congo-Brazzaville]. If he was to come ,it would be too late for him because we have advanced in training and already we have lost a day [Monday] of training,” he said.
