Low pass rate at ZIALE, case of conspiracy

Dear editor,
YOU were spot on with your conspiracy theory highlighted in your editorial analysis of Zambia Daily Mail of October 18, 2019 that the pass rate at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE) is meant to restrict the number of lawyers who practise law to keep legal fees high.
In my simple analysis, it is my take that the number of lawyers in law practice who have passed on and /or retired from practising law in a particular year is determinant of the pass rate at ZIALE.
