Loadshedding affecting business

Dear editor,
WE ARE a photographic studio at Northmead business area and we had written to Zesco Limited on June 4, 2019 requesting for our area to be loadshed from 06:00 hours to 10:00 hours, instead of them rotating the schedule.
Two weeks later, we saw some change as we were being loadshed in the night.
To our surprise, on July 16, loadshedding on a rotational schedule recommenced. It is now from 06:00 hours to 10:00 hours; 11:00 hours to 15:00 hours, and 17:00 hours to 21:00 hours.
With this rotation in loadshedding, how can we manage to communicate with our customers whom we don’t know when they are planning to bring business to us?
This manner of loadshedding is adversely affecting businesses of hundreds of people in this area and hundreds of customers are affected because they sometimes cannot get the services they need.
Customers will lose confidence in us and our employees will lose their jobs unless we revert to the morning only (06:00 hours to 10:00 hours) schedule of loadshedding.
