Dear editor,
LET’S improve our planning to avoid loss of life from preventable diseases such as cholera.

We need to be more proactive and co-ordinate better.
I understand that while some arms of Government are trying to improve hygiene and combat cholera, some water utilities are disconnecting water for unpaid bills, compromising the very hygiene Government is trying to restore to avert the crisis.
