Labour movement joins peace crusade

MUKUKA

CHAMBO NG’UNI, Kabwe
THE Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) says violence should not be condoned because it could affect the credibility of the August 11 general elections.
ZCTU secretary general Cosmas Mukuka said all the political parties should adhere to resolutions made during the church-facilitated inter-party dialogue to end violence.
Recently, President Lungu and leaders of opposition political parties met under the auspices of the Zambia Episcopal Conference, Council of Churches in Zambia and the Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia to address political violence.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm
